My Story

I am a male, living in the US. I have enjoyed fairly decent health (no significant health issue). Just like many people, I get my annual health check done at my employer’s annual health clinic. In the last couple of such annual check-up indicated that my fasting blood sugar was 100 and my blood pressure reading indicated pre-hypertension. The medical staff indicated that it is most likely due to my less than optimal eating habits and lack of physical activities. At that point, I decided that I will go back to healthy sugar and normal blood pressure level without any medication. So I started searching the Internet and talked to several folks who had some success in this area.

After months of trying various supplements, yoga, meditation, and exercise, I am happy to report that my last annual medical check indicated that my fasting blood sugar has gone down and the blood pressure is back to normal.
